Basic Life Support
The American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) course is designed for healthcare providers and public safety professionals who need to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide high-quality CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in adults, children, and infants.
Participants will develop skills through instructor-led training, hands-on practice, and team-based scenarios that reinforce effective communication and performance under pressure.
Upon successful completion, participants receive a two-year AHA BLS Provider certification card.
Course Length: Approximately 3.5–4 hours
Intended Audience: EMS providers, nurses, physicians, first responders, and healthcare personnel
Certification: American Heart Association BLS Provider (valid for 2 years)
Heartsaver CPR/AED
The American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR/AED course is designed for individuals with limited or no medical training who need a CPR certification for employment or personal preparedness.
Participants learn how to recognize cardiac arrest, perform high-quality CPR, provide adequate ventilation, and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on adults, children, and infants.
Hands-on practice reinforces confidence to respond quickly and effectively in an emergency until professional help arrives.
Upon successful completion, students receive a two-year AHA Heartsaver CPR/AED certification card.
Course Length: Approximately 2–3 hours
Intended Audience: Workplace responders, teachers, coaches, lifeguards, childcare providers, and members of the general public
Certification: American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR/AED (valid for 2 years)
Heartsaver First Aid
The American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to respond to common medical and injury emergencies in adults and children.
Topics include how to recognize and manage sudden illness, bleeding control, shock, sprains and fractures, and environmental emergencies such as heat and cold exposure.
Through instructor-led discussion and practical scenarios, students gain the confidence to act quickly when every second counts.
Upon successful completion, students receive a two-year AHA Heartsaver First Aid certification card.
Course Length: Approximately 2–3 hours
Intended Audience: Workplace responders, community members, educators, and anyone with a duty to act
Certification: American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid (valid for 2 years)
