Base Training Package.

Our core package focuses on the foundational skills every department needs.

CPR/AED

Hands-on, performance-focused training in adult, child, and infant CPR, high-quality compressions, ventilation, and AED use. Emphasis is placed on team-based response and communication under stress.

Stop the Bleed

Focuses on the immediate control of life-threatening hemorrhage using tourniquets, wound packing, and direct pressure. Ideal for all responders, including fire, EMS, and law enforcement partners.

Bloodborne Pathogens (OSHA Compliant)

Meets annual regulatory requirements and reviews exposure risks, prevention strategies, PPE, and response to potential or actual exposures in the fire/EMS environment.

The base package can be delivered as a combined training day or spread across multiple dates to match your staffing and operational needs.

À La Carte Add-Ons.

Departments can expand their training package with additional courses and skills sessions, including:

  • AHA BLS Provider CPR/AED

  • Basic First Aid

  • Patient Packaging & Rescue Medical Skills

  • Scenario-based medical refreshers

  • Customized medical continuing education tailored to your call types and equipment

ABMS is a Pennsylvania Department of Health EMS Continuing Education Sponsor, allowing eligible courses to be submitted for EMS continuing education credit when appropriate.

How Contract Training Works

  1. Initial Conversation – We discuss your department’s size, call volume, current certifications, and training goals.

  2. Package Design – Together, we build a base package with any desired add-ons, including frequency (annual, semiannual, or quarterly) and preferred days/times.

  3. On-Site Delivery – ABMS instructors come to your station or training site with all necessary equipment.

  4. Ongoing Support – We help track course completion, provide documentation for compliance, and adjust future sessions as your needs evolve.
